Time to hear participants' reactions about the prototypes I created in the past months. Like Phase 01, also Phase 02 Interviews were arranged individually. When possible, I also attempted to organise them in real life.

The interviews combined predefined questions and questions that I didn't plan, adapting them according to what interviewees were stating.

In this phase, I aimed at deepening my understanding of participants' observations about the prototypes and the debates they raised.

I structured the workshops into three parts, with each section focusing on commenting on a different prototype. Furthermore, to help interviewees communicate their perspectives and feelings, I used the Microsoft Reaction Card method that consists in providing a list of 'default' adjectives that interviewees could select to better express themselves.
